Headship:
The Headship of Colégio Europeu Astoria is responsible for setting institutional, administrative and organizational guidelines, as well as, the administrative and financial management of the institution. It also assures the implementation of the Quality Management System and the Internal Assessment System.
Educational Department:
The Educational Department establishes the educational model. It also plans, manages, supports and oversees the execution of all school activities in order to ensure the quality of teaching and learning, as well as, an effective involvement of the entire educational community.
Educational Coordination:
The educational coordination of nursery school, kindergarden and primary school assists the Educational Department in planning, support and implementation of curricular and non-curricular teaching activities, in order to execute all the procedures concerning the Educational Project, the Annual Plan Activities, the Quality Management System and Internal Assessment System.
Teaching Staff:
The teaching staff was chosen under the most rigorous quality criteria. These criteria were essentially based on the professional and training experience, in order to create a group of responsible, dynamic and proactive professionals, who can be seen as a reference in the teaching area. | |
