Quality Management System
In order to obtain the highest academic standards, Colégio Europeu Astoria is guided by Quality. The School Educational Project motto’s "Who has courage, is; who knows, acts; who believes, innovates” includes values, principles, knowledge and policies that aim to promote the development of students from nursery till the end of primary school. The education that we provide aims to enhance in students their personal excellence and their commitment to society.
The Quality Management System was developed aiming to take into account the quality of the Education and its subsequent certification considering NP EN ISO 9001 standards. This is only possible because all staff is deeply involved with the internal procedures assigned to every organizational department.
The Policy of quality is defined by the global vision of satisfying the interests of all the parts involved. It was created to meet the needs and expectations of customers, of the workers' welfare and to assure the sustainable development of the school.
It is based on three key parameters:
Teaching for success – assuring 95% of school success and monitoring the development of educational and personal skills;
Meeting educational needs – in order to monitor efficiently the individual needs of each of our students, we are in constant search of news aproaches to learning and applying new cognitive techniques;
The commitment of the entire team is reflected in deepening the knowledge of the educational project. Our aim is to meet every child’s needs and acknowledging that each student is a future citizen, a founder of a better society.
