The English language
 | The teaching of the English language is part of the educational project. Colégio Europeu Astoria is not only confined to the teaching curriculum set by the Ministry of Education, but goes further in order to contribute to the personal and social training of our children, educators and all the participants in the educational community. |
This is only possible due to the existence of a meeting point, in English, that enables an interrelation of knowledge and an interdisciplinary approach in the following areas: Creative Dance, Music for Babies and Instrumental Workshop, as well as all the other areas related with the main curricula.
These English activities will enrich the child’s curriculum because it combines the acquisition of skills in the Drama, Music and Philosophy for Children area, allowing the child to enter in an imaginary world where playing is combined with the knowledge of his/her own body and a gradual discovery a world of culture, sounds, rhythms and musicality.
